Implementing “Psychology Training” and “Diversity Training”

There is a huge variety of “Psychology Training” and “Diversity Training” available throughout the corporate network. As I said earlier, they are only implemented on a reactive basis. The system always waits for an incident to occur. Which is obviously not good.
If you read the book, you would not find the actual training modules, but I have laid down a lot of background theories or pointers that show the usefulness of the training. You possibly can’t aim to write a book with the actual training modules in it. The training modules are separately built. However, this book lays down a lot of prerequisites and builds the economics of how the implementation and standardisation of the training can be achieved.
I drew your attention to the science and philosophy in the 2nd volume for the purpose of altering your mindset or rather readying your mindset so that you try to see the same world from a different view.

My approach here is radical in the sense that I am trying to enable the triggers that will help us in building the right environment, and the right mindset for implementing and standardising the training structure.
My message through this book is simple – be meditative, practice mindfulness, and have more control over your senses and emotions, speculate and question what you don’t understand or something that is bothering you…. Don’t be superstitious, don’t be delusional, don’t accept if something is hurting you, see through things, have loving compassion, open your eyes, and wake up from all your delusions. All that I have written in this book… throughout the 3 volumes… are not theories or a way of thinking, I simply am asking you to make an attempt to find your true self. I hope you can make this transition, be more prosperous, and find what you most desire in your life.
